Are you using the HGV app yet? Inspired by trends of our Members moving to mobile for Club website visits, along with a strong usage of the Hilton Honors app, the Hilton Grand Vacations app is off to a strong start. Launched in August 2016, our app is already helping one-third of our owners have more accessibility to their vacations before, during, and after their stay.


The Hilton Grand Vacations app is a great resource to help our Members plan and book vacations, manage their points and update preferences using the convenience of their phone. Plus, members can utilize Club guides to read recommendations from other members and post their own recommendations too! Through the mobile app, members can also text the front desk and access an interactive resort concierge designed to deliver a better experience during their stay.

Key Features

MOBILE BOOKING: Club Members can search for and book the perfect vacation with our new mobile-friendly booking engine. Choose “My Dates” if you know the exact dates you’d like to travel or, if your dates are flexible, choose “Flex” and you can see availability across a range dates. You can also choose “Open Season” and see just what’s available during the Open Season rental window.

MY TRIP: A snapshot of active trip details, including reservation information, on-property activities and dining options, as well as any events or promotions offered on property or nearby during a particular stay.

FRONT DESK MESSAGING: Members can now chat with the front desk during their stay at many Hilton Grand Vacations resorts. This new feature allows you to quickly make requests and get answers to questions about your stay directly from the mobile app. The Front Desk Messaging feature will be available on the My Trip Dashboard throughout your stay at eligible HGV resorts.

GUEST FEEDBACK: Allows Members to provide feedback during a stay. In the middle of your stay you will be sent a ‘thumbs up’ or ‘thumbs down’ icon. You can further your mid-stay review by typing anything that isn’t going as you had hoped. Our staff members can contact you and help resolve the issue to make sure the rest of your stay is meeting and exceeding expectations.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Members can receive messages and alerts directly on their smartphone so they can stay informed and focused on enjoying their vacation.

CLUB GUIDE: Connects Club Members in an online community where they can post questions and make or read recommendations on what to do during a trip. This feature brings a great social connection among Members and allows you to hear from Members just like you.

CLUB DASHBOARD: Gives Members access to make and manage reservations, points, membership details, and more, just like they would on the Club website.

Other Features

  1. One of our resorts can run a property-specific promotion and our members can be notified via the app.
  2. There is also access to Google Maps. So you don’t have to go from app, to web server, back to app. Access all lives right inside the HGV app.
  3. You can even request an Uber!


App Accomplishments

Members now have another tool in their tool belt for managing their Club accounts on the go. For HGV, it gives us another channel to communicate with and better serve our members. The app offers a platform through which we can deliver a more personalized vacation experience.
