You can choose 15-45 minute workouts using bodyweight only (or head to your Hilton Grand Vacations Gym. The app can tailor your workout to light or full equipment). If structure during travel is what you need, the personalized training plans adapt to you and your schedule.

The app features “Picks for You” and are based specifically on your routine. The more you use the app, the more personal your recommendations become.

To make the app even more fun, you can get motivated by some of your favorite athletes with their own inspiring workouts. Serena Williams, Michael Jordan, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Ellie Goulding are just a few athletes you will find on the app.

MyFitnessPal Stick to healthy habits and strength on your trip

If you are afraid that your upcoming vacation will get in the way of your weight loss or other fitness goals, add Consumer Reports #1 rated diet, MyFitnessPal to your phone. First, set your fitness goal, whether it be weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance, and it is like you have your own nutritionist in your pocket. The Smart Workout feature gauges your fitness and motivation level and creates a variety of workouts specifically for you. You can even set workout and inactivity reminders to help you stay on track while away from home.

Fitocracy Embark on an epic adventure!

This app can be called the social network for workout junkies since it provides an element of gaming inside a workout space. Not only does this app include free workout routines that you can use while traveling, you join a community of supportive “Fitocrats” who will keep you motivated on your journey. This app makes working out fun (and addictive). You unlock achievements to visualize your progress. You can also beat quests to push yourself and take on new challenges.

AllTrails Get out into nature!

If you want to get outside and hike or trail run, AllTrails offers information on more than 50,000 miles of trail in North America. Users can filter lists based on whether trails are dog, child, or wheelchair friendly. AllTrails provides driving directions to get to the trailhead, and includes the phone’s GPS tracking so you won’t get lost. The app can calculate pace, distance, elevation, and maximum speed along the trail.
