Of course, the parks in Orlando will showcase extra spooky themes, decor, and trick-or-treating events. SeaWorld Orlando, Legoland Florida, and Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom all host family-friendly Halloween parties where the youngest of visitors can collect a plethora of treats. Universal Orlando Resort offers more thrilling diversions for older visitors. Outside of the amusement parks, there is so much available to your tiny trick or treaters. Winter Park hosts a trick-or-treating event called Halloween Howl. Some of the “spooky” activities include: trick-or-treating on Holt Avenue, haunted houses, arts & crafts, carnival games, a costume contest, and food and beverages. This event is free and open to all!
Oviedo Mall loves Halloween
Mid-October, join Mad Science for a FANG-tastic Halloween event! Enjoy dry ice demonstrations, Gak-Making, Sensory Experiments, and more. Also, on Halloween night, from 5pm -7pm, bring your little Monster for a night of safe trick-or-treat fun! Kids can go trick-or-treating in the mall, as well as face painting, a not-so-scary Halloween show, kid-friendly haunted house, and photo ops.

Why not travel to where Halloween originated and still remains one of the best places to celebrate? The Banks of Foyle Halloween Carnival runs nine days and celebrates everything spooky. Manhattan might not be the first neighborhood that comes to mind for a trick-or-treating extravaganza, but this borough is filled with Halloween events to wow your youngest travelers. First, dressed in costume, head to Washington Square Children’s Halloween Parade on Halloween Day for the parade, free trick-or-treat bags, games, and rides.

Sleepy Hollow, New York
From late September through November, New York’s historic Hudson Valley embraces its most famous tale with the Great Jack O’Lantern blaze. Plan a costume for warmer weather for Halloween in Hawaii! Families are invited to celebrate Halloween at Ala Moana Center on October 31st from 5-7pm. Merchants throughout the Center, will hand out candy and other sweet surprises to all trick-or-treaters.
